A high-performance network for the automotive industry

DB Cargo Logistics' Automotive RailNet connects automotive clusters and establishes a close, high-performance network between suppliers, manufacturers, ports and dealers - throughout Europe! This creates complete logistics chains, including rail transport, pre-carriage and onward carriage by truck and optimum linking of modes of transport.

Fighting thirst together

DB Cargo and Coca-Cola have been successfully cooperating for many years. And this success story has many chapters still to come. This is because new locations are being added to the network almost every year. In 2023, 15 locations throughout Germany will be linked together by 21 rail routes. This tight network results in a sophisticated round-trip system for transporting the company's bottles. DB Cargo ensures that the empty and full bottles are always where they need to be.

Good connections all the way to Asia

Asia is both a large market for European products and a huge production location for goods manufactured for the European market. The long rail network from western Europe to China is an important corridor for transporting these products – and DB Cargo is a key player on this route.
